To receive your massage, come dressed in small, non-tight swimwear. Or comfortable clothes

in the case of Thai massage.

Eat at least 30 minutes before the session.

During the massage, remove all types of accessories, watches, bracelets, earrings, necklaces...

Inform the Therapist of any and all discomfort.

Disconnect from the outside world and enjoy this moment that is all yours.

Disconnect from your cell phone to better feel the effects of the massage.
